Ethereum staking without handing over assets

We connect exchanges, companies and ETH holders in Kazakhstan to Lido liquid staking: we deploy and operate the validators, including in local data centers. Withdrawal keys and funds always stay with you.

Non-custodial model

Your assets stay with you

We sign validator attestations and have no access to funds, whether you are a business or an individual.

We don't accept assets

ETH and money never pass through our addresses. Business funds sit with the custodian, an individual's funds in their own wallet.

You hold the withdrawal keys

For businesses the withdrawal keys sit with the custodian; for private clients, on their own device. We never see your seed phrase and never sign transactions on your behalf.

Verifiable performance

Uptime, rewards and penalties of every validator are visible on-chain. A monthly report is included.

Funds never pass through us

The transaction goes from your wallet straight to the Lido smart contract. We technically cannot receive, return or freeze your ETH.

The position is yours

Your stETH or stVault is tied to your address. You can withdraw without us.

We provide a software interface

The site helps you build a transaction to Lido's open contracts. The decision and the signature are yours.

Important. Quat Capital provides a software interface to Lido's open smart contracts and is not a party to any transaction. We do not receive, hold or transfer user funds, do not manage them and do not promise returns. Rewards are determined by the protocol and the Ethereum network and may change; losses are possible due to penalties, slashing, smart contract vulnerabilities and changes in the value of ETH and stETH. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their country, including tax obligations. The interface is provided “as is” and is not investment advice.

Frequently asked questions

Including what compliance usually asks.

Does Quat Capital need a license?

We do not take assets under management and do not provide exchange or custody services; we work as an IT contractor under an agreement. For businesses, the client-facing product is issued by a licensed platform. The legal structure is reviewed by a digital-asset lawyer.

Who holds the ETH and withdrawal keys?

For businesses, it's the platform or its custodian. For individuals, it's the client: keys are generated on their device and the bond comes from their wallet. We only hold validator keys.

What is Lido CSM and how much ETH do I need?

The Community Staking Module is a Lido module for small operators and home stakers: the operator posts a bond and runs validators with the protocol's ETH. The bond size is set by Lido's rules; we'll share current terms during a consultation.

What happens in case of slashing or downtime?

Penalties are deducted from the operator's bond or the validator balance according to protocol rules. We reduce risk with DVT, 24/7 monitoring, dual ISP uplinks and backup power; liability terms are set in the SLA.

How do I exit staking?

The exit is initiated by the owner of the withdrawal keys. Timing depends on the Ethereum exit queue; funds arrive at your withdrawal address.

How are services paid for?

In tenge or US dollars to our sole-proprietor account under an agreement. Foreign clients pay as an export of IT services.
